Shipping Terms

From dispatch to delivery of the shipment usually takes 2-7 day working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it takes usually. 

If by any reason your shipment is taking longer than usual, you can contact our logistics team from Morning 10:00 am to 08:00 pm in evening and we will be happy to assist you.

Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order. Day, date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. So, we suggest you check your email or your inbox from time to time.

We, under any circumstances, don’t entertain or accept any cancellation once we dispatch the order from our side from our fulfilment centre.

The time of placing the order to its shipment is 2-3 business days from the time of placing the order. We always make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible.

Return Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. You would be eligible for a partial/full refund within 7 days of the purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Also note, please don’t cancel any prepaid orders as they will be shipped. If you want to exchange your prepaid order please accept the delivery first and justify the reason. Our team will review the reason first and then take the action accordingly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Also note, cutlery and crockery products will be not be replaced and only a refund for the damaged parts would be issued based on our internal evaluation.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
  2. Please send us 2 images , one of the damaged part and one of the entire product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on [email protected] from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
  3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: UGF-253E SUSHANT SHOPPING ARCADE, SUSHANT LOK, PHASE-1 , GURGAON, HARYANA-122009, GURGAON, HR, 122009, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
